Specialized Nuclear Missile or Warhead Logistics Systems
Defined as: Companies that produce or operate specialized transporters, containers, handling systems, loading systems, or logistics equipment for nuclear weapons, nuclear missiles, or nuclear warheads.
- 03Criterion
Nuclear Materials Logistics for Weapons Programmes
Defined as: Companies transporting, handling, or providing logistics for weapons-grade fissile material, tritium, or nuclear-warhead components with confirmed weapons-programme end use.
- 04Criterion
Custodial Logistics Providers for Nuclear Weapons
Defined as: Companies with contractual custody, inventory control, routing authority, security responsibility, or handling responsibility for nuclear weapons, warheads, missiles, or key components.
- 05Criterion
Deployment Logistics for Nuclear-Specific Delivery Systems
Defined as: Companies providing logistics or handling services for operational deployment of nuclear missile systems, nuclear-capable delivery platforms, or their key nuclear-specific components.
Excluded on this basis alone
These circumstances do not establish this activity unless separate evidence also meets an inclusion criterion.

Generic Freight or Courier Services Without Knowledge or Control
Defined as: Freight forwarders, couriers, storage providers, or logistics firms that do not know, control, route, or manage nuclear-weapons contents or end use.

Civilian Nuclear Fuel or Waste Transport
Defined as: Companies transporting civilian reactor fuel, spent fuel, radioactive waste, medical isotopes, or industrial radioactive materials without a weapons-specific nexus.
- 03Criterion
Transport for Verified Disarmament or Destruction Only
Defined as: Entities transporting nuclear weapons, materials, or components only for verified dismantlement, destruction, treaty compliance, remediation, or humanitarian purposes.
- 04Criterion
Conventional Munitions or Military Logistics Only
Defined as: Companies transporting conventional weapons, ordinary military supplies, or non-nuclear defence equipment without confirmed nuclear-weapons-specific involvement.
- 05Criterion
Administrative Travel or General Supply Chain Services
Defined as: Companies providing personnel travel, commercial shipping, general procurement logistics, or ordinary supply-chain services not specific to nuclear weapons or nuclear-specific delivery systems.
