    Stockpile Sustainment Service Providers

    Defined as: Companies providing lifecycle management, reliability assurance, component replacement, or surveillance services for deployed or stored nuclear weapons or warheads.

  4. 04Criterion

    Nuclear-Specific Delivery Platform Lifecycle Support

    Defined as: Companies providing lifecycle services to nuclear-armed submarines, nuclear-capable aircraft, or other nuclear-delivery platforms where the work materially supports the nuclear-weapons capability.

  5. 05Criterion

    Replacement Parts and Upgrade Kits for Nuclear Systems

    Defined as: Companies producing or supplying spare parts, upgrade kits, replacement assemblies, or repair services specifically for nuclear weapons or nuclear-specific delivery systems.

    Civilian Nuclear Facility Maintenance

    Defined as: Companies maintaining civilian nuclear reactors, nuclear power plants, civilian fuel facilities, or medical/industrial isotope infrastructure only.

  3. 03Criterion

    Disarmament, Demilitarization, or Destruction Services

    Defined as: Companies whose work is limited to dismantling, destroying, demilitarizing, deactivating, or rendering nuclear weapons or components permanently non-operational.

  4. 04Criterion

    Training or Simulation-Only Services

    Defined as: Companies providing maintenance training, simulations, mock-ups, or classroom support without performing operational maintenance or lifecycle services.

  5. 05Criterion

    Historical Maintenance With Verified Disengagement

    Defined as: Companies formerly involved in nuclear weapons maintenance or lifecycle support that have exited the activity and have no current or ongoing role within the defined lookback period.
