Military Logistics Vehicles and Dedicated Transport Systems

Identifies companies and other entities that design, develop, manufacture, materially modify, finally integrate, or sell complete vehicles or dedicated handling and transport systems specifically designed for military logistics. Qualifying systems include tactical cargo trucks, fuel and ammunition transporters, refuellers, recovery and towing vehicles, heavy-equipment transporters, military trailers, and specialized load-handling systems. Ordinary commercial vehicles, general freight and logistics services, combat vehicles, transported fuels or weapons, and separately supplied generic components are excluded.

Military Space Systems

Identifies companies and other entities that design, develop, manufacture, integrate, operate, or sell complete spacecraft, satellites, hosted payloads, sub-orbital systems, or dedicated ground, command, control, mission, space-domain-awareness, protection, or counterspace systems specifically designed or materially modified for military use. Generic civil or commercial satellites and services, ordinary launch services, shared ground-station or cloud capacity, generic components, academic research, and missiles or terrestrial weapons without a distinct military-space role are excluded.

Military Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Targeting Systems

Identifies companies and other entities that develop, manufacture, integrate, operate, or sell military-specific sensors, payloads, software, data products, analytical services, or integrated systems for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, target acquisition, tracking, identification, battle-damage assessment, data fusion, signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence, or human-intelligence support. Complete aircraft, vessels, unmanned platforms, and military spacecraft are classified under the applicable platform screen unless the entity’s separate qualifying role is independently evidenced. Generic commercial imagery, mapping, analytics, sensors, information technology, and civil or law-enforcement surveillance without a military-specific deliverable are excluded.
