Include complete tactical cargo trucks, logistics vehicles, and military load carriers specifically designed or materially modified for armed-force field operations.
- 02Criterion
Include complete military fuel tankers, refuellers, ammunition transporters, weapon transporters, and dedicated hazardous-load transport systems.
- 03Criterion
Include complete military recovery, wrecker, towing, heavy-equipment-transport, bridge-transport, and specialized load-handling systems whose primary role is logistics rather than combat.
- 04Criterion
Include final integration, material military conversion, and sale of complete qualifying logistics vehicles or transport systems.
Excluded on this basis alone
These circumstances do not establish this activity unless separate evidence also meets an inclusion criterion.
- 01Criterion
Historical-Only Military Logistics System Involvement
Defined as: Entities with verified past development, manufacture, assembly, material modernization, sale, export, or supply of complete qualifying military logistics vehicles or dedicated transport systems, where reliable evidence establishes that the qualifying activity has fully ceased, been divested, transferred, dismantled, terminated, or otherwise ended and no current qualifying involvement remains. Historical-only activity does not qualify as current involvement. Preserve the historical record separately with the activity period, effective cessation or transfer date, relevant entity, product, programme, facility, or contract, and supporting evidence. Absence of recent evidence alone is not sufficient to establish cessation.
- 02Criterion
Exclude standard commercial trucks, vans, trailers, buses, tankers, and heavy equipment sold to military customers without material military configuration.
- 03Criterion
Exclude armoured combat, fire-support, and protected combat vehicles classified under Armoured Combat Vehicles.
- 04Criterion
Exclude general freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, trucking, airlift, and logistics services without a dedicated military transport system.
- 05Criterion
Exclude production of the fuel, ammunition, weapon, cargo, or other material being transported.
- 06Criterion
Exclude engines, drivetrains, tyres, axles, cabs, electronics, and other components without responsibility for a complete qualifying system.
- 07Criterion
Exclude tender, contract, or customer references that do not establish the product’s military-specific design and the entity’s complete-system role.
