Breast-Milk Substitutes Marketing Violations
Identifies companies and other entities for which reliable evidence establishes marketing, promotion, labelling, sponsorship, sampling, distribution, or sales practices that contravene the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, subsequent relevant World Health Assembly resolutions, or an applicable national legal requirement. Each finding must identify the entity, product, conduct, jurisdiction or governing standard, date, and evidence source. Manufacture or lawful sale alone, permitted scientific or factual information, unrelated sponsorship, and unsubstantiated list inclusion are excluded.
