Include entities identified in reliable licensing, registration, court, regulatory, or operating records as direct operators of qualifying adult services or venues.
Excluded on this basis alone
These circumstances do not establish this activity unless separate evidence also meets an inclusion criterion.

Exclude adult-media production and distribution where no physical-venue or direct-service role is evidenced.
- 02Criterion
Exclude ordinary bars, nightclubs, casinos, music venues, and hospitality businesses without a sexually explicit adult-service offering.
- 03Criterion
Exclude event, hospitality, security, property, and service providers without direct operation or commercial control of the adult venue or service.
- 04Criterion
Exclude dating, classified, advertising, and matching platforms that do not operate, control, or take a substantive commercial role in the underlying adult service.

Exclude verified ceased venue or service activity from current involvement while preserving historical involvement and effective dates.
