Include creator platforms that deliberately monetize sexually explicit content through subscriptions, transactions, advertising, tipping, or revenue sharing and exercise substantive commercial control over that business.

Include affiliate networks, billing programmes, and distribution systems specifically dedicated to commercial adult-content distribution.
