Include licensed medical-cannabis distributors, pharmacies, dispensaries, and direct patient-supply businesses.

Include producers or commercial rights holders of approved or prescription cannabinoid medicines.
- 06Criterion
Include entities operating under a formal medical-cannabis, pharmaceutical, clinical-trial, compassionate-access, or patient-supply framework.
- 07Criterion
Include contract manufacturers, testing laboratories with product-release responsibility, and processors directly handling medical-cannabis products under a commercial agreement.
Excluded on this basis alone
These circumstances do not establish this activity unless separate evidence also meets an inclusion criterion.

Exclude activity limited to recreational or adult-use cannabis.
- 02Criterion
Exclude industrial hemp, hemp seed, fibre, food, cosmetics, or general-wellness CBD where no medical or pharmaceutical positioning is established.

Exclude pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies without a current cannabis-derived or cannabinoid product or programme.
- 04Criterion
Exclude real estate, finance, packaging, lighting, software, consulting, security, advertising, and other ancillary services without direct handling or commercial rights in the qualifying product.
- 05Criterion
Exclude academic, public-sector, or non-commercial research without a commercial medical-cannabis or cannabinoid product role.
- 06Criterion
Exclude consumer wellness retailers whose cannabis-derived products lack medical authorization, prescription, clinical, or therapeutic positioning.
