This includes regulated medical cannabis and approved or investigational cannabinoid medicines. Recreational products, industrial hemp and general-wellness CBD without medical positioning, synthetic non-cannabis compounds without cannabinoid activity, ancillary services, and non-commercial research are excluded.

    Include entities operating under a formal medical-cannabis, pharmaceutical, clinical-trial, compassionate-access, or patient-supply framework.

  7. 07Criterion

    Include contract manufacturers, testing laboratories with product-release responsibility, and processors directly handling medical-cannabis products under a commercial agreement.

    Exclude pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies without a current cannabis-derived or cannabinoid product or programme.

  4. 04Criterion

    Exclude real estate, finance, packaging, lighting, software, consulting, security, advertising, and other ancillary services without direct handling or commercial rights in the qualifying product.

  5. 05Criterion

    Exclude academic, public-sector, or non-commercial research without a commercial medical-cannabis or cannabinoid product role.

  6. 06Criterion

    Exclude consumer wellness retailers whose cannabis-derived products lack medical authorization, prescription, clinical, or therapeutic positioning.
