Distribution, retail and hospitality without production, industrial or fuel alcohol, ingredients and packaging, and products below the applicable jurisdiction’s alcoholic-beverage threshold are excluded.

    Include brand owners that own or control alcoholic-beverage production, whether production occurs in owned facilities or through controlled contract manufacturing.

  5. 05Criterion

    Include producers of beverage alcohol, neutral spirits, and ethanol where the output is intended for alcoholic-beverage production.

  6. 06Criterion

    Include entities whose current licences, regulatory filings, facility records, or operating disclosures establish alcoholic-beverage production.

    Exclude bars, restaurants, hotels, venues, and caterers that sell or serve alcohol but do not manufacture it.

  3. 03Criterion

    Exclude products that fall below the applicable jurisdiction’s alcoholic-beverage threshold and are marketed as non-alcoholic or alcohol-free.

  4. 04Criterion

    Exclude grain, grapes, hops, flavourings, bottles, cans, labels, equipment, and other ingredients or packaging supplied without beverage-production responsibility.

  5. 05Criterion

    Exclude fuel ethanol, industrial alcohol, solvents, sanitizers, pharmaceutical alcohol, and other non-beverage applications.

  6. 06Criterion

    Exclude verified ceased alcoholic-beverage production from current involvement while preserving historical involvement and effective dates.
